Comics have been a great tool to deliver powerful messages and give a voice to someone who otherwise might not be heard. Every1games is offering a 5 week introductory workshop on comic book and graphic novel design, enhancing skill in art and storytelling. We will be taking a closer look at how comics are designed and what makes each one unique. We will also have the opportunity to take a look at how digital arts technology has influenced the comic book industry.
Skills Focus: Literacy, Emotional Intelligence, Transitional Skills.
This program will be running for 5 consecutive weeks at Brock University in the Centre for Digital Humanities, on Saturdays from 10 am to 4 pm starting February 7th.
All Every1Games programs integrate social skills learning and technical skills development in a low-anxiety learning environment. We are a social skills program first and will provide individual support plans for every client to work towards their goals.
